Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility
To register on llv18 and use any gaming service, a member must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. llv18 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in cases of doubt.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balances. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, please inform our support team in advance.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, address, date of birth, phone number, email — must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect or false information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may not be returned.
2.4 Account Security
It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use the account is prohibited. Selling, transferring, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount on llv18 is ৳200, which applies equally across all payment methods. The currently available payment methods are:

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳5,000 earns a ৳7,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳12,500. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳7,500 bonus, you must complete ৳75,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- Whether multiple bonuses can be used together will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
- Bonus winnings cannot be used like real money until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Deviation from normal gaming behaviour for the purpose of abusing bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Separate terms apply to free spins and other types of bonuses.
4.4 VIP Program
llv18's VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined by a member's overall gaming activity and behaviour.
4.5 Promotional Abuse
If abuse of bonuses or promotions, arbitrage strategies, or unusual betting patterns are detected, llv18 may cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 General Gaming Terms
All games available on llv18 — slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, card games, and others — are governed by defined rules. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game result becomes uncertain or void due to a technical error, llv18 will take action in accordance with the applicable rules. llv18 will not be liable for bets lost due to server outages, disconnections, or any other technical issue.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Manipulating game outcomes or attempting to harm other players.

6.2 Member's Rights
A member may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. At the time of closure, any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled, but the actual deposited balance will be returned.
6.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, llv18 may, with notice, apply a maintenance fee or proceed with closing the account.

Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between llv18 and the member.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
10.3 Language
The Bengali version of these terms is the original and final version. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.
